LIFETIME STRUCTURAL WARRANTY
Throughout the process, every piece of Bespoke Hardwood Floors, LLC is inspected to ensure strict quality control. Bespoke Hardwood Floors, LLC warranty is for the original purchaser. This guarantees that the product should be free from milling defects and delamination for the lifetime of the floor. During preparation and installation of the floor, all NWFA instructions should be followed. Do not, under any circumstances, install flooring with visible defects. If you do not follow the NWFA installation instructions the structural warranty is void.
15 YEAR RESIDENTIAL WEAR WARRANTY
Bespoke Hardwood Floors, LLC will warranty the original purchaser that under normal residential conditions, the finish will not wear through or peel. To validate the warranty, regular maintenance by the original purchaser must be followed. These instructions are outlined in the Bespoke Hardwood Floors, LLC Care and Maintenance Guide. Repair, refinishing or replacement of the floor is at the sole discretion of Bespoke Hardwood Floors, LLC. Do not attempt to repair it prior to
inspection or the warranty is invalid.
5 YEAR LIGHT COMMERCIAL WEAR WARRANTY
Bespoke Hardwood Floors, LLC will warranty the original purchaser that under normal light commercial use the finish will not wear through or peel. To validate the warranty, regular maintenance by the original purchaser must be followed. These
instructions are outlined in the Bespoke Hardwood Floors, LLC Care and Maintenance Guide. Repair, refinishing or replacement of the floor is at the sole discretion of Bespoke Hardwood Floors, LLC. Gloss variation is not considered wear through.
This warranty does NOT cover food establishments, bars or heavy traffic installations. Warranty coverage mandates that proper installation of the floor, according to NWFA instructions and regular maintenance, defined in Bespoke Hardwood Floors, LLC Care and Maintenance Guide, to minimize damage.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Bespoke Hardwood Floors, LLC warranty does not cover noticeable markings, scratches, dents, splits, cracks, grain raising, checking, edge fracturing, splintering or chipping that occurs during or after the floor has been installed and as a result of abuse, misuse, improper maintenance or care, or exposure to excessive moisture or improper environmental conditions caused by improper handling, installation, water damage, flooding, fire, furniture, shoes of all types, pets, or insects. This
warranty does not cover normal expansion and contraction, which results in separation between boards. This damage includes cupping and crowning, caused by low or excessive humidity and/or temperature either during or after the acclimatization and installation process. It is recommended that you maintain a relative humidity of 30-55 percent. Color variations are natural in flooring due to age, species and exposure to light. Fading and/or darkening may occur. This discoloration is a natural occurrence of all wood floors and is NOT covered. Naturally occurring imperfections and variation in color, grain and appearance are inherent to the nature of the product and considered normal. No retailers, distributors or employees have the authority to alter the obligations, limitations, or exclusions under any of the Bespoke Hardwood, LLC. Bespoke Hardwood, LLC excludes and will not be liable for or pay incidental, consequential or special damages under any warranties.
