Quality Flooring for Every Space

 Begin by choosing your preferred color and grade direction. For custom orders, we will craft a strike-off sample for your approval. Additionally, we can curate samples inspired by your vision or refine existing samples to meet your specifications. If you opt for one of our standard Bespoke colors, we will seamlessly transition to step two. 

 Submit a purchase order or an email detailing your desired specifications—including widths, grade, and color selection—to info@bespokehardwood.com. We will then provide you with a comprehensive estimate and a deposit invoice for your order. Production will commence upon receipt of your 50% deposit payment. 

 We will keep you informed once your order has shipped from our production facility in Europe. Our standard lead time is 10-12 weeks from the date of deposit. A final invoice will be issued four weeks prior to your anticipated delivery date, and the remaining 50% balance will be due in full before we arrange freight to your location.
